Email Counselling

Email counselling makes accessing support incredibly flexible, particularly for parents, carers and busy professionals. You can write when it suits you and aren't restricted by appointment times or travel.

The best part is you will get to keep a record of all of our sessions.

Online Counselling

Counselling from the comfort of your home or anywhere you feel safe.  Online counselling provides flexibility of being able to connect without spending time or money on travel, giving you the opportunity to use that time in a way that is important to you.

About Me

I am a BACP Registered counsellor, with a BA (Hons) Integrative-Relational Counselling. Alongside my private practice I am the Counselling Lead of a service within a charity, providing counselling to parents of children on the Autistic Spectrum and/or with additional needs. 

I have experience of working with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, burnout, chronic health issues, ME/CFS, parenting challenges and more. As an Integrative therapist I don’t believe in one size fits all therapy, we will collaborate to create a therapy around who you are, your challenges, strengths and the life you live. I know you are the expert in your life and our sessions will shine a light on where you have control to make changes and equip you with the tools to make them.

I am Trauma informed and can support you to develop skills to manage the symptoms of Trauma and develop a good base from which you can go on to do deeper Trauma recovery work such as EMDR or Rewind therapy with a trained practitioner.

While I have experience with a range of topics, i have a special interest in working with Parental mental health in particular the perinatal and postnatal period.

Becoming a parent is an immense transition and while much of it is amazing and exciting, it can also be isolating, scary and confusing among other things. Whether you're the birthing parent or not, a new baby can put a huge strain on you and your relationships. Its easy to feel overwhelmed with the amount of information and appointments you receive, even when everything goes to plan.
Together we will work towards you feeling empowered, calm and equipped to navigate your life with confidence.
