Out of office.png

Hi and thank you for visiting my website.

I will be on extended leave from 10th November 2023 to June 2024.
Please note that I will not be checking my emails or phone during this time. If you would like me to contact you upon my return, please complete a contact form and I will get in touch upon my return.

This is not an emergency service, if you are experiencing a mental health emergency and believe your or someone else's life is at risk call 999 for support.
If you are concerned about your or someone else's mental health contact your GP or 111 for support. If it is out of hours you can find your local walk-in clinic here:
https://www.nhs.uk/service-search/find-an-urgent-treatment-centre

If you would like to speak to someone the Samaritans can be reached 24/7 by phone 116123 or email at jo@samaritans.org

Online Counselling

If you are someone with a busy life, this is a somewhat flexible way of accessing counselling. You will also retain a record of all of our sessions that you can go back and review when needed. This can be used on its own or in combination with online and/or telephone counselling.
